           Each and every person working in a business world is a part of a team and every team has some features. But do all the features of a team are so worthy that they should be studied on, the answer is NO. there are certain features which are really curial for the business world whereas others are vital for the team itself.

 Extracting data on the features which are important for the business becomes a great deal because these can help the team to develop on their positives and eliminate the negatives



 So what makes a good team? A good team is made by collection of many peoples with different qualities and features but the team does not inherit their individual features.

  1. Trust-:Team is made up of team members and trust among the team members is very curial it is like the front wheels of  a car as without it the team will not last long and their will be clash of ideas between them so trust is the most vital feature that a team should have.
  2. Commitment-:Every person of the team should be devoted toward the goals of the team not to their individual goals that mean team interest should be superior to self interest. This is a vital feature as it acts as a biding force which team the team together
  3. Motivation -:Motivation is the biggest strength of a person  as it can force him to exceed his limits so each team should be a good receptor of motivation as this can help every member to give his best for the team. this a vital feature because it help the team to drag their limits and work more effectively.
  4. Sense of Purpose-: There is reason for formation of everything so a team should have the same that means a team should have a purpose and they should not work purposelessly as this way their actions will be complete waste. this is a vital feature as it gives a soul to the team, a reason for their working.
  5. Cooperation-:Cooperation acts as a lubricant in the team working as it help to maintain good relation among the team members which is very important for a team to work effectively and efficiently .This is also important as it helps to team all the members on the same track.

Every team in the world needs some support and they can get this support from of tangible tools and intangible tools .All the teams are surrounded by these tools but the major issue is to know them and use them effectively and efficiently.
     So now its important to know about these tools and what they actually mean and how they are vital for the teams.
  1. Tangible tools-: These are the things or tool which have a physical form and can be touched and worked on. For E.g.-laptops, cell phones,  projectors and monitor  meeting rooms, documents, folders etc.
                            Lets see the top three most vital tangible tools for a team.
  • Laptops-: these things are the biggest advantage that a team can have in 21st century. this is the most useful and vital tool for a good meeting and can help working team members in many ways. in other words laptops are the key to almost any problem in business world
  • Projectors and Monitors-: these are most effective during the meetings to give a presentation and can help a member to put up his though in some sort of graphics for better understanding and efficient meetings
  • Meeting Room-:every team need to have a meeting and well equipped meeting rooms are the things which can make the meeting more effective and efficient. if the meeting rooms have a very professional atmosphere it add a different touch to the meeting and helps the team a lot.


      2.Intangible tools-:These are the tools which do not have a physical form and cannot be touched but can only be felt. For E.g. professional atmosphere, confidentiality, digital data, etc.

  •  Professional atmosphere-:The most vital intangible tools is professional atmosphere as it acts as a lubricant in team work and help to complete work in more efficient and professional manner which increases the professional creditability.

  • Digital data-:Now a day data is not stored in physical forms so effective use of digital data is very crucial this help a team member to store and transfer their share of data with others.

  4. Consider Who to Invite-Its not necessary that every meeting should have all the team members present in it. inviting the members who are really important for the meeting this can help to make the meeting more effective and efficient.
  5. Feedback- The most important aspect of the meeting is to get feedback from the people who attended the meeting because this help us to ensure that all the members are clear with a the information and there is no confusion and misunderstanding.

Good Team Player----->Sucessful Team

A team is made up of a Team Leader and some Team Players. We all know that a good  team leader is very crucial for the success of a team but Team Players also play a great amount of role in giving the team a light of success.

Now the first Questions is....
                                             Who is a Team Player?
Team Player is a person who is under the orders of a team leader and works with other players to achieve a common objectives of the team.


So the second Question which bounces is
                                              What are the qualities of a good team player?

Success of a team depends on many factors but one of the key factor is a Good Team Leader. The leader should posses some desired traits in order to pull the team towards success. We all desire to be a leader one day but do we have all the qualities required to become a team leader. This statement gives birth to a great question.....

What are the qualities/skills required to be a Great Team Leader and why?

  1. Communication Skill- Best leaders in the world are best because they possess a great communication skill. if a leader is not able to communicate his message then he/she might throw the team towards failure.
  2. Integrity- A good  leader is honest and open to all his team members. This way he can earn the trust of all the other member and can posses a good control over their actions.
  3. Delegation- A efficient team leader knows how to delegate the work in order to get best results from his team members. This also help a leader to build leadership qualities in other members.
  4. Organizational Skills- Leader need to organise the acts of all the members as well as all the work done by members so they should have a excellent organisational skills.
  5. Self-Confidence- A person can only be a great leader if he has confidence in himself because if doubts his own decision then the team members are not going to follow him.
  6. Motivator- A perfect leader is a person who can motivate his team member to complete the most difficult projects efficiently and effectively.
  7. Positive Attitude- Leader should be optimistic not pessimistic that means he should handle all the situations with a positive attitude to give his team a taste of success.
