Sense of Purpose-: There is reason for formation of everything so a team should have the same that means a team should have a purpose and they should not work purposelessly as this way their actions will be complete waste. this is a vital feature as it gives a soul to the team, a reason for their working.
5. Cooperation-:Cooperation acts as a lubricant in the team working as it help to maintain good relation among the team members which is very important for a team to work effectively and efficiently .This is also important as it helps to team all the members on the same track.
