  1. Start and end on time- A good manger should start and end meeting on time because if u don't then you may lead to either a incomplete meeting due to lack of time or all the members will keep staring the clock leading to distractions.
  2. Have an Agenda- A team meeting is conducted because of some reason so having a agenda for the meeting is very curial because this may provide a direction to the meeting and can help the members to come up with some decision.
  3. Preplan the Meeting-A meeting should be well organised and everything should be planned before hand in order to avoid any confusion and keep the meeting on track as well as smooth.
  4. Consider Who to Invite-Its not necessary that every meeting should have all the team members present in it. inviting the members who are really important for the meeting this can help to make the meeting more effective and efficient.
  5. Feedback- The most important aspect of the meeting is to get feedback from the people who attended the meeting because this help us to ensure that all the members are clear with a the information and there is no confusion and misunderstanding.
