A team is made up of a Team Leader and some Team Players. We all know that a good  team leader is very crucial for the success of a team but Team Players also play a great amount of role in giving the team a light of success.

Now the first Questions is....

A Team Player is a person who is under the orders of a team leader and works with other players to achieve a common objectives of the team.

3. Co-operative-All members on the team should be co-operative, this soft skill is very vital for a team player as this can help him/her to get best results from his/her work.
4. Reliable-Team player should be reliable in two ways one he/she should complete his/her work without any excuses and second he should keep the necessary information secret
5. Responsible -Taking  responsibility of work as well as goods is a vital quality of a team member so he/she should have a good sense of responsibility.
